With emphasis on the word individual, these one-on-one sessions are all about you. While I specialize in gut health and digestive diseases, I have extensive experience helping patients with many nutrition concerns or medical conditions including:

initial nutrition assessment

Our first appointment is an hour-long session in which we will take the time to get to know each other. Before making any recommendations, I need to gather some important information about you, including medical history, food, nutrition, and diet history, lifestyle, work hours, living arrangements, and family situation, just to name a few. My goal is to get to know as much about you and your lifestyle, including challenges, so that together we can come up with a realistic approach.

one hour follow up

Now we get down to the nitty-gritty! Once I have completed my assessment, I can begin to develop recommendations and strategies that work for you. After this visit you will be armed with strategies and common sense, practical advice to help you make changes.

30 minute follow up

This is perfect for monitoring and tweaking. Studies show that more frequent follow up visits will increase the likelihood of success in making changes. Think of me as a coach or personal trainer, you probably know what you need to be doing, but accountability will help you stay on track.
