In today’s world of fake news, it is more important than ever to make sure you have a trusted source of accurate, science-based information. Believe it or not, all nutritionists are not created equal. Anyone can take a nutrition course or two, slap up a website, and call themselves an expert. A true expert, however, has taken the time to pursue a college degree in nutrition and has completed some type of post-graduate training. In addition, a registered dietitian nutritionist has met certain educational criteria before becoming eligible to sit for the registration exam, no easy task.

I don’t have packages or programs, rather, together we figure out an individualized coaching plan that addresses your specific needs and fits best for your schedule. Contact me to arrange a free 15 minute consultation.
